This design guarantees the airtightness requirements of the door and features a rational and reliable overall structure. Its service life can reach up to 1 million cycles.

The door body is made using foamed polyurethane technology, with a large, matte-finish stainless steel or aluminum panel as its exterior finish. A variety of powder-coated colors are available for selection. The power beam is installed flush-mounted, aligning perfectly with the wall surface for a more aesthetically pleasing and cohesive appearance. Sealing strips are installed around the perimeter, meeting the stringent hygiene requirements for hospital use. Our independently developed installation technique employs heavy-duty vertical columns to support the door’s weight, effectively addressing the safety concerns associated with load-bearing capacity in various wall materials currently available. This approach not only helps users save costs and improve cost-effectiveness but also enhances installation efficiency and quality.
The dedicated controller and foot-sensor switch offer superior performance: medical staff need only extend their foot into the switch box, and the automatic door will open or close automatically. The door can also be operated using a manual switch. The unique handle design reduces the effort required to open the door during power outages. The product has obtained CE certification and complies with—though not limited to—mechanical machinery standards (2006/42/EC), low-voltage electrical standards (2006/95/EC), and European glass standard EN356. It also meets the EMC Directive (2004/108/EC), and its air-tightness performance reaches Level 8 or higher.

Attention:
1. For the foot-activated switch location, please cut the slot according to the dimensions and leave sufficient wire leads extending to the clear height position.
2. If the wall on either side of the door opening is not edged, the location for the lead wire must be pre-reserved within the wall, with the wire end extending to the net height of the door opening.
3. Provide a power outlet, 220V, 50Hz voltage;
4. Doorway dimensions: width × height; (determined based on either the doorway dimensions or the clear passage dimensions)
5. Door body dimensions: Width × Height; (Width = Doorway width + 100, Height = Doorway height + 30)
