Steel thermal-insulated fire-rated window
The steel fixed thermal and fire-resistant window is manufactured using a special structural process and is fitted with transparent fire-rated glass. It is suitable for use as fire-resistant partition walls in high-rise buildings and hotels, or as adjacent partition walls between buildings with insufficient fire separation distances. It is also ideal for fire-separation applications in Class A and Class B industrial plants, warehouses, and critical facilities.

The steel fixed thermal and fire-resistant window is manufactured using a special structural process and features embedded transparent fire-rated glass. It is suitable for use as firewalls or adjacent partition walls between buildings with insufficient fire separation distances in high-rise buildings and hotels, as well as for fire-separation applications in Class A and Class B factories, warehouses, and critical facilities. The windows can be coated with a plastic finish upon request. Our company can also provide custom-made dimensions according to specific requirements.

Storage and Transportation:
1) Fire-resistant windows should be stored vertically in a well-ventilated and dry indoor area, about 200 mm above the ground. They must not be mixed with other debris.
2) During transportation and loading/unloading, handle with care—lift and place gently. Do not stack items vertically in a staggered or compressed manner. After loading onto the vehicle, secure them tightly with ropes. During transportation, protect the goods from rain and sunlight.
Installation Notes:
1. During the installation of fire-resistant windows, the window frame should be securely welded and fixed to the embedded parts.
2. The installation of fire-resistant windows shall be vertically aligned and at right angles, with hardware components properly positioned and securely fastened.
