The door frame of the steel-wood (copper-finished) thermal and fire-resistant door is made of thick steel plates. The door leaf’s frame consists of steel plates combined with engineered fiberboard, and its surface is decorated with copper sheets. The interior of the door leaf is filled with fire-retardant and thermally insulating materials that are non-toxic and harmless to humans. The door is equipped with fire-resistant hardware accessories, giving it a certain level of fire resistance.

The differences between Class A and Class B steel-wood fire doors are:

1. The density of the Class A steel-wood (copper-finished) thermal-insulated and fire-rated door filling material (fire-rated door core board) is (400 ± 40) kg/m³.

2. The density of the Class B steel-wood (copper-finished) thermal and fire-resistant door filling material (fire-rated door core board) is (260 ± 26) kg/m³.

3. Maximum processing dimensions and covering types for steel-wood (copper-finished) thermal-insulated and fire-rated doors:

3.1. Single door, 1000mm × 2300mm; the door leaf can feature decorative patterns. Single door (Type A): 1225;

3.2 The 1800mm×2300mm double-door leaf can feature decorative patterns and include glass (glass dimensions: 250mm×660mm); it can be used to cover mother-and-child fire doors.
