City leaders conducted a research visit to Qunsheng Group’s talent initiatives, jointly charting a new course for innovative development.

This morning, Yang Xiaokai, a member of the Standing Committee of the Yongkang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization, along with his delegation, visited Qunsheng Group to conduct an in-depth and meticulous survey on the company’s talent management practices. The purpose of this survey is to gain a deeper understanding of the enterprise’s talent needs, promote the implementation and optimization of talent policies, and inject new vitality into Yongkang City’s economic development. Accompanying Minister Yang Xiaokai were Li Jinghang, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department and Executive Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Organs Working Committee; Ying Yong, a member of the Municipal Party Committee’s Organization Department’s leading group and full-time Deputy Director of the Municipal Talent Office; and several other senior officials. Their joint participation underscores the high importance and strong support that the Yongkang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government place on talent management within enterprises.
Xu Zhufeng, General Manager of Qunsheng Group, and other senior officials of the group warmly welcomed Minister Yang Xiaokai and his delegation, and accompanied them throughout the entire research visit. During the visit, the research team toured Qunsheng Group’s exhibition hall. Under the detailed introduction provided by General Manager Xu Zhufeng, the team gained a comprehensive understanding of Qunsheng Group’s corporate development strategy and industrial layout, as well as a thorough grasp of the company’s production and operational status and its talent development efforts.
During the subsequent symposium, General Manager Xu Zhufeng first introduced to the research team the efforts and achievements made by Qunsheng Group in attracting, cultivating, and utilizing talent. He specifically noted that, as the company continues to expand in scale and broaden its business scope, Qunsheng Group’s demand for various high-level, versatile talents is becoming increasingly urgent. At the same time, General Manager Xu Zhufeng put forward specific inquiries and suggestions to the research team regarding the company’s policies related to housing subsidies for employees, expressing his hope for further support and guidance from the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government.
Minister Yang Xiaokai listened carefully to the report and consultation provided by General Manager Xu Zhufeng, offering detailed introductions and answering all questions thoroughly. At the same time, he fully recognized and praised Qunsheng Group’s remarkable achievements in talent development. He emphasized that talent is the primary resource for enterprise development, and the Yongkang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government will continue to show concern and support for enterprises’ talent initiatives, actively creating platforms for attracting and nurturing talent, optimizing the policy environment for talent management, and striving to foster a positive atmosphere that respects, cherishes, and values talent.
