III. Company Profile
Qunsheng Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1989 and is headquartered at No. 59 Yongtuo Road, Yongkang City. From its humble beginnings as a small workshop with just over ten employees, the company has grown into a comprehensive private holding company engaged in fields such as housing fittings and building materials manufacturing, real estate investment, and financial investments. Since its inception, the company has consistently ranked among the top 100 tax-paying enterprises in Yongkang City. Over the years, the company’s economic indicators and overall strength have maintained rapid growth, making it one of the earliest companies in the Jinhua region to be listed among the “Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises.” While achieving remarkable economic benefits, Qunsheng Group has also earned high recognition from all sectors of society and governments at various levels, receiving hundreds of honors including National-level Contract-Honoring and Creditworthy Enterprise, Leading Enterprise in China’s Door Industry, China Well-Known Trademark, and Zhejiang Famous Brand Product.
While pursuing corporate development and driving industry progress, Qunsheng Group has consistently remained committed to giving back to society, paying close attention to vulnerable groups and municipal infrastructure projects. By setting an exemplary role model, the company has firmly established itself as a beacon of social welfare in China’s door industry! In recent years, the company has donated nearly ten million yuan in cash and goods to various causes, including supporting disability funds, primary and secondary schools, post-Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction in Aba Prefecture, assisting new rural development, and promoting integrated water management. II. Enterprise Quality Management
The company consistently implements a comprehensive quality management model. In every stage—R&D, production, sales, after-sales service, and customer support—we strive for quality management throughout the entire process, involving all employees and adopting a holistic, integrated approach to quality control. Everything is centered on the user; everything focuses on prevention; everything is based on facts and data; and everything is conducted in strict accordance with established standards.
With quality management at its core and the Quality Assurance Management Center as its central department, enterprises shall strengthen quality education for all employees and enhance their quality awareness. Firmly establishing a strong quality consciousness is the prerequisite and foundation for continuously improving product quality. By providing quality education and training to employees, we can help all staff develop a heightened sense of: quality first, winning through quality, strict adherence to quality standards, self-control in quality, quality accountability, awareness of quality standards, and the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
Establish a quality management system to promote the standardization and scientific approach to quality management. Employing systematic concepts and methods, integrate all of the enterprise’s quality management functions into an organic whole characterized by clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and authorities, as well as mutual coordination and synergistic enhancement. This will create an organic structure that evolves from individual lines to comprehensive surfaces, from single surfaces to multiple interconnected facets, with each component tightly linked and seamlessly integrated.
1. Quality Management Organization
The company’s chairman personally leads the investigation, discussion, and formulation of an operational strategy centered on quality. The general manager of the manufacturing plant is responsible for establishing and implementing an organizational structure that aligns with the operational strategy and quality policy, assigning appropriate personnel, defining their duties, authorities, and interrelationships, ensuring that the quality management system is established and maintained, and promoting continuous improvement. The company’s overall quality management organizational chart is shown below, Figure 2:

The responsibilities and authorities of management organizations at all levels are as follows:
(1) Responsibilities of the Quality Management Organization:
(1) Prepare quality management system documents suitable for this enterprise;
(2) Organize the formulation of the company’s quality policy and quality objectives;
(3) Responsible for and overseeing the effective operation of the company’s quality management system;
(4) Develop a quality reward and punishment system, be responsible for coordinating quality responsibilities across all departments, and assess work quality.
(5) Organize internal quality audits within the enterprise;
(6) Responsible for the analysis and handling of major quality incidents;
(7) Supervise the use and management of the enterprise’s quality fund;
(8) Organize and carry out mass quality activities.
(2) Responsibilities of Each Workshop and Functional Department
(1) Ensure that the quality management system is effectively implemented within this organization;
(2) Organize and carry out quality management activities;
(3) Strictly implement the quality directives issued by the quality management organization;
(4) Achieve the quality indicators or quality objectives assigned to this unit.
(3) Responsibilities and Authorities of the Quality Department
(1) Quality inspection
In accordance with relevant standards and regulations, inspect raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Properly maintain quality records and labeling as required, promptly provide accurate and reliable inspection data, monitor quality trends, and ensure the traceability of product inspections.
(2) Quality Control
Based on product quality requirements, establish internal control standards for raw and auxiliary materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products; organize and implement process quality control; employ mathematical and statistical methods to understand the patterns of quality fluctuations; continuously enhance predictive capabilities and preventive measures; and promptly take corrective and preventive actions to ensure that the entire production process remains under control.
(3) Qualification confirmation and verification of出厂 products
Inspect strictly in accordance with the relevant product standards and the company’s “Finished Product Inspection and Verification Standards for Fire-Resistant and Anti-Theft Doors,” ensuring that no nonconforming products are allowed to leave the factory.
(4) Quality Statistics and Analysis
Utilize mathematical and statistical methods to promptly conduct quality statistics, and carry out thorough analysis and improvement efforts.
2. Quality Management System
In 2001, the company was among the first in the industry to obtain ISO9001 international quality management system certification. In recent years, we have continuously optimized resource integration and revised, improved, and established a robust quality management system that is tailored to our company’s actual needs. We have firmly and effectively implemented all responsibilities and objectives in management, ensuring the effective operation of our quality management system and promoting the company’s sustainable development. At the same time, to ensure the effectiveness of quality management system activities, we have systematically arranged the duties, authorities, and interrelationships among personnel within the system, provided the necessary resources, identified and managed the required processes, and developed corresponding control procedures. By accurately executing each quality management procedure and optimizing resource utilization, we are able to achieve all quality assurance activities in the most efficient manner and thereby attain our quality objectives.
(1) The effectiveness of the company’s quality management system stems from the establishment of a set of rational, effective, scientific, and standardized process management and documentation systems that provide clear guidance throughout the entire production process, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the quality management system.
(2) Based on the company’s quality objectives, break down and distribute specific quality targets to each department, and conduct regular inspections to ensure the implementation of these quality targets. Promptly provide feedback on any issues identified during inspections. At the same time, keep customers at the center of our attention, use customer satisfaction as the key measurement standard, and deliver impeccable after-sales service to meet both user and societal needs, thereby earning users’ trust and satisfaction and ensuring continuous improvement of our quality objectives.
The company's quality target completion status is as follows:
(1) The quality of the company’s products meets the requirements of standards such as GB 12995-2008 “Fire Doors” and GB 17565-2022 “General Technical Requirements for Anti-theft Security Doors,” and the product pass rate at the factory is 100%.
(2) Conduct regular internal quality audits and management reviews annually. Continuously standardize and improve the implementation records of internal audits, thereby effectively ensuring the system’s efficient operation and ongoing improvement.
(3) Strengthen the intensity of inspections for the implementation of management systems, vigorously carry out reviews of the applicability of management documents, promptly identify and analyze any inadequacies in existing systems, propose reasonable and feasible measures to address gaps and shortcomings, and effectively promote the continuous improvement of the company’s management performance.
(4) Consistently and relentlessly strengthening process control is the only effective way to ensure stable product quality in enterprises.
(5) We have consistently upheld continuous innovation, and while ensuring sound production and operations, we have also actively undertaken energy-saving and emission-reduction technological upgrades. Starting in 2018, the company invested over 20 million yuan to upgrade its painting production line and install exhaust gas treatment equipment. In 2020, the company further invested over 2 million yuan to switch from paint spraying to powder coating technology, significantly reducing environmental pollution and providing better assurance of product quality. Each year, the company also allocates 200,000 yuan for monitoring of the three types of waste—waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste—to ensure that emissions meet regulatory standards.
(6) Persist in focusing on customer needs and continuously improve the quality management system. Constantly adjust and refine product process controls, enhance and perfect product quality levels, steadily increase customer satisfaction, and ensure steady growth in economic benefits.
(7) Based on changes in key raw materials such as door core panels and locks, as well as user needs, promptly conduct product testing and research to enhance product quality and improve product performance.
To ensure a high level of quality management and comprehensively enhance control capabilities, senior company leaders and mid-level managers at all levels have signed responsibility agreements step by step, and are rigorously evaluated against relevant quality targets. Monthly and annual performance indicators for each department are linked to process-quality metrics and directly reflected in individual compensation, thereby fostering a positive quality-management atmosphere throughout the company. This ensures that product quality is managed comprehensively with the active participation of all employees throughout the entire production process—from the entry of raw and fuel materials into the plant, through production, warehousing, and finally to shipment.
Through the above measures, we have ensured the completeness, effectiveness, and compliance of the quality management system, thereby promoting the continuous improvement of the company’s overall quality management level.
3. Quality Risk Monitoring
The company identifies quality and safety risk points throughout the entire process—from planning and design to manufacturing, transportation, installation, and use—and continuously improves and enhances its quality risk monitoring system. It regularly summarizes and analyzes the phased quality status, implements targeted solutions, and constantly optimizes and refines its quality management approaches and focus areas. By regularly analyzing the quality status and conducting rigorous monitoring, analysis, and assessment of quality and safety risks, the company has established production and operational control procedures that ensure strict oversight and rigorous quality checks at every stage, thereby guaranteeing that each production process meets relevant requirements and that the final product quality is consistently up to standard. The company also employs a three-inspection system—self-inspection, random inspection, and quality supervision team inspections—to maintain stringent control over product quality, providing systematic assurance for the production of high-quality, cost-effective, and stable products and comprehensively reducing quality and safety risks. Since its establishment, the company has never experienced any major risks or crisis incidents and enjoys an excellent reputation within the industry.
Customer satisfaction is the driving force behind our progress, while customer dissatisfaction provides the foundation for our continuous improvement. To promptly and effectively address various customer inquiries and complaints, ensure sustained high levels of customer satisfaction, build strong customer relationships, and promote the long-term enhancement of our company’s brand reputation, we have specially established a nationwide Customer Service Center equipped with professional customer service representatives, enabling us to maintain direct and real-time communication with end customers and swiftly resolve all kinds of service issues they may encounter.
For quality incidents, the company categorizes them into two main types based on severity:
Major Quality Accidents: Accidents that cause significant economic losses or personal injuries and fatalities to consumers due to product quality issues, improper installation or handling by the agent’s (shopping mall) installation personnel, or other reasons (such as customer misuse); or accidents that result in complaints from the public, prompting intervention by local government departments—including quality control, industry and commerce administration, and consumer associations—as well as news media; or accidents in which quality control and industry and commerce supervision authorities conduct random inspections in the market and the inspection results are found to be non-compliant (or potentially non-compliant), which may lead to severe negative impacts.
Non-major quality incidents: Quality incidents involving customer complaints due to dissatisfaction with product or service quality, but without any personal injuries—such as glass breakage, improper installation, or abnormal door operation—and resulting in compensation amounts of no more than RMB 10,000. Examples include market quality information, customer survey data from the customer service department, quality-related information from customer complaints, external quality complaint reports, and other relevant information.
After a complaint occurs, the departments within the company responsible for handling complaints shall organize and establish either a major accident handling team or a non-major quality accident handling team. The agent shall immediately activate the emergency response plan for accident handling and address the quality incident at the earliest possible moment.
For quality incidents that have already been resolved, the company, led by the Quality Department, will establish a Quality Improvement Team. This team will collaborate with the Technical/R&D Department, the Supply Department, the Production Department, and other relevant departments to analyze the root causes of the incidents and organize and implement corrective and preventive quality improvement activities.
4. Building an Enterprise Quality Culture
Over the course of nearly thirty years of development and practice, we have cultivated a distinctive corporate culture, engaging in extensive exploration across various areas—including fostering corporate philosophy and spirit, refining business principles, promoting institutional innovation, shaping the company’s image, and enhancing employee quality.
In recent years, the company has established a corporate quality culture system that aligns with its development strategy and focuses on fostering a distinctive, contemporary, and universally recognized quality ethos among all employees. Through the creation of this corporate quality culture, we have strengthened our internal capabilities, enhanced our external image, boosted employee cohesion, and improved our competitive edge. This has enabled us to achieve a harmonious integration of our corporate quality culture with our development strategy, of enterprise development with employee growth, and of our quality culture advantages with our competitive strengths—providing robust cultural support for the company’s reform, development, and stability. For many years, our company has been honored by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision as a “Credit Enterprise That Upholds Integrity.” We have consistently upheld the principle of integrity in society, maintaining high-quality and trustworthy business practices and fulfilling our corporate responsibility for quality and credit.
III. Corporate Quality Integrity
The company consistently places great emphasis on building quality and integrity, adhering to the open principles of “integrity first, quality as the foundation, establishing our business on trust, putting service above all else, promoting fair competition, and fostering harmonious development.” We are fully committed to advancing the construction of a Qunsheng quality and integrity system. We continuously refine the quality and integrity standards system, establish and improve internal mechanisms for rewarding and penalizing quality-related credit, and strengthen the cultivation of a culture of quality and integrity.
Quality Commitment
Integrity and compliance with the law are the foundation for Qunsheng’s path to success and the very essence of its sustainable business operations. Qunsheng’s management philosophy of “honesty and trustworthiness” is the finest embodiment of integrity and legal compliance. It is precisely through the company’s spirit of “bold exploration, willingness to take risks, hard work and perseverance, and dedication to society” that Qunsheng has grown from small beginnings to become a strong and influential enterprise. Although its journey has been fraught with bumps and hardships, it has consistently forged ahead, boldly exploring new frontiers and successfully establishing the Qunsheng brand, thereby achieving its current industry-leading position.
As material living standards continue to improve, consumers’ demand for products is also gradually rising. With the increasing availability of online information, the R&D department has been paying close attention to product’s basic specifications, structure, and design, and continuously comparing sales data to better understand and meet customers’ needs in terms of product features and delivery schedules. In terms of product quality, the company strictly adheres to the ISO9001 quality management system and ensures product quality and safety through activities such as technological problem-solving, quality improvement initiatives, and QC teams.
The Qunsheng team dares to examine itself critically, to offer constructive criticism and engage in self-criticism. At the same time, it boldly assumes social responsibility, striving—while continuously improving internal standards—to encourage upstream and downstream suppliers, distributors, and partners to jointly uphold integrity in the business environment. The company strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Standardization Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Environmental Protection Law, and the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China, as well as other related legal provisions. It rigorously enforces product standards, meets customer requirements, and firmly rejects false advertising, counterfeit and substandard products, deceptive practices, and any other dishonest or illegal behaviors. The company never infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other enterprises, adheres to the principles of fair, open, and just competition, respects market rules, engages in orderly competition, and fosters a market environment characterized by honest business practices and equitable competition. The company has maintained a zero rate of proactive contract breaches, never defaults on bank loans, and has reduced overdue accounts receivable to reasonable levels. Senior and mid-level management have no records of violations or disciplinary infractions, and employees have committed zero violations. As a result, the company has established a positive image of integrity and ethical conduct among customers, users, the general public, and society at large.
Operations Management
To meet critical process requirements and achieve the company’s strategic goals, we have designed key processes—including product design, raw material procurement, production processes, and after-sales service—based on an excellence performance management system.
The company leverages the development departments of various product business units, employing methodologies such as project management and PDCA, and places great emphasis on the application of process technology and market information. It systematically designs, manages, and improves the R&D process, conducting reviews and validations at different stages and milestones of the R&D lifecycle, and establishing specific metrics for measurement and control. The company has established a Supply Department that works closely with Production. It employs various procurement strategies, including price comparison procurement, strategic partnership procurement, and collaborative development with suppliers, while continuously monitoring the dynamics of raw material prices and upstream material costs. In accordance with regulations such as the "Procurement Control Procedure," the "Supplier Performance Management Measures," the "Product Inspection and Testing Control Procedure," and the "Procurement Pricing Management Regulations," the company carries out the procurement of primary and auxiliary materials and manages its supplier relationships.

a) When the prescribed evaluation cycle for qualified suppliers expires (one year), they shall be re-evaluated. The re-evaluation may take into account their supply performance during the evaluation cycle, as reflected in the “Supplier Monthly Assessment Scorecard,” and could include aspects such as supply quality, price, reputation, delivery time, after-sales service, and the status of the planning department.
b) After each annual reevaluation is completed, the “List of Qualified Suppliers” shall be revised accordingly. In the remarks column, you may indicate “Invalidated” (if the supplier’s evaluation result was unsatisfactory or the supplier has been removed for other reasons) or the year of the evaluation (if the supplier’s evaluation result was satisfactory), along with the name of the procurement officer. It is mandatory to also specify the year in which the supplier was invalidated.
c) The procurement manager shall establish a file for qualified suppliers, keeping records that reflect the quality of their supplies and their performance history, which will serve as one of the bases for evaluating suppliers in each cycle.
The company places great importance on cooperation and mutual win-win outcomes, and has established long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with qualified suppliers. We provide key suppliers with comprehensive support—ranging from financial assistance and technological expertise to management guidance—to ensure stable supplier quality and timely delivery, thereby achieving win-win results for all parties involved.
Based on the requirements of the manufacturing process, the company has established a Manufacturing Department, which comprises the Production Technology Research and Development Department, the Quality Department, the Logistics Department, the Equipment Department, and various production sub-factories. By integrating advanced equipment, a self-developed information system support platform, a continuously improved flexible lean management philosophy, and special requirements tailored to product personalization, the company designs its product manufacturing processes.
The company has fully integrated new processes, advanced technologies, and various production and operational information into the entire manufacturing process. Leveraging the ERP management system platform, as well as its deep industry experience and technical expertise, we continuously optimize our processes to enhance the value of our products throughout their lifecycle, thereby meeting customers’ requirements for quality, delivery schedules, and costs. Over the past three years, Qunsheng’s on-time delivery rate has consistently remained above 95%, earning high praise and trust from our customers.

Throughout the entire process—from pre-sales to after-sales service—our company adheres to the principle of “customer first.” To this end, we have specially formulated the “Complaint Management Measures,” clearly defining the departments and individuals responsible for responding to, following up on, handling, replying to, and improving customer complaints, as well as the corresponding follow-up procedures. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing and sales, we have established a comprehensive mechanism for rapidly responding to, addressing, and improving upon customer complaints. This ensures that customer complaint channels remain open and accessible. More importantly, it enables us to promptly and professionally resolve after-sales service issues, collect customer feedback and suggestions, and systematically forward these insights to the relevant departments for continuous improvement, thereby enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
3. Marketing Management
To strengthen quality control and accountability in end-product marketing, ensure product safety for consumers, and put into practice Qunsheng’s quality policy—“Technological Innovation, Pursuit of Perfection, Customer First, and Brand Building”—Qunsheng Group places product quality and safety at the forefront of its cooperation with distributors at all levels. To guarantee that product design, production, installation, quality, and after-sales service meet high standards, Qunsheng clearly defines these aspects through legal contracts and provides assurance through both corporate guarantees and customer protection measures.
The company has developed a series of institutional documents covering product safety and after-sales service, clearly defining the operational procedures for agency-based terminal marketing across all aspects—from product design and pricing to manufacturing, transportation, installation, and after-sales support. These documents emphasize that agents at all levels should place great importance on both the quality of our products and the satisfaction of end-users. By establishing standardized product management systems, promoting a quality-management mindset, and incorporating rigorous performance evaluations focused on product quality, we ensure that consumers can truly enjoy safe, worry-free experiences and high-quality product services when using our Qunsheng products.
Meanwhile, the company uses advanced ERP management software to streamline the order-processing workflow, standardizing and systematizing the sales process, comprehensively recording order information, and promptly measuring and evaluating the anticipated revenue from sales and service activities—thereby continuously improving both the sales and service processes. We are constantly refining our after-sales service system, providing end-to-end support—from service reception and preparation, through on-site inspections and issue resolution, to follow-up services—ensuring rapid collection of customer feedback, timely handling of quality complaints, and effective resolution of all kinds of after-sales service issues for our customers.
Enterprises continuously explore and develop sales channels, ensuring the establishment of strong cooperative relationships with these channels. For example:
First, cooperate with distributors who are strong in capability, have a solid reputation, demonstrate a strong sales orientation, and possess robust distribution channels as agents.

Companies have established websites online and launched diverse online marketing campaigns, achieving remarkable results. Fourth, disseminate the product promotion and sales model. By participating in exhibition and sales platforms, we can reach out to various distributors and end-users. On one hand, through public relations efforts, we establish cooperative relationships with business operators and consumer groups; on the other hand, we leverage these platforms to spread information to the market, promoting both our products and the quality of our company’s services.
To continuously improve product quality and enhance the level of quality service, the company has established various channels—including a hotline, customer complaint mechanisms, and regular questionnaire surveys—to collect information on customer complaints or potential grievances. The company has designated the sales and after-sales departments as the primary entities responsible for providing after-sales services, tasked with handling all pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale complaints, coordinating and implementing all complaint resolutions, conducting oversight and management, and offering quality-related consultations and handling customer complaints. Responsibility for addressing customer grievances and complaints has been clearly assigned. In addition, the company conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey to analyze potential customer dissatisfaction and ensures that corrective actions are implemented by the relevant departments.
IV. Fundamentals of Quality Management
Qunsheng has consistently adhered to the principle of achieving success through quality. From the very beginning, the company has regarded product quality as its lifeblood. Qunsheng has established a comprehensive system encompassing rigorous monitoring of the entire production process, thorough inspection of purchased raw materials, stringent outgoing product inspections, robust after-sales service and customer care mechanisms, as well as a regular quality-control mechanism involving periodic submission of products to nationally recognized authorities for testing. Qunsheng has taken the lead in the industry by obtaining certifications including the Quality Management System Certification, Environmental Management System Certification, Environmental Label Product Certification, Occupational Health and Safety System Certification, Fire-Resistant Door Certification, Anti-Theft Door GA Certification, Grade-A Steel Anti-Theft Door Zhejiang Manufacturing Certification, International Fire-Resistant Door WH Certification, and CE Certifications for anti-theft doors and interior doors. Qunsheng comprehensively manages the foundations of quality across various aspects, including enterprise standard management, metrological management, certification management, and inspection and testing management.
Standard Management
Our company’s products comply with standards such as “GB 12955-2008 Fire Doors” and “GB 17565-2022 General Technical Requirements for Anti-theft Security Doors.” Our company’s production technology level and product performance are industry-leading.
The company is a vice-chairman unit of the Zhejiang Province Security Technology Prevention Industry Association, and has participated in the development of the “National Door Industry Standards.” It serves as the chief editor of the Guideline for Window and Door Applications in Affordable Housing and the standard GB/T 20909-2017 for Steel Doors and Windows. Moreover, it is a key drafting unit of the building industry standard J/T392-2012, “Steel and Wood Interior Doors for Buildings,” issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The company has also taken part in the formulation of the technical requirements for environmentally labeled products—Wooden and Steel Doors HJ-459-2009—and the Zhejiang Manufacturing Standard ZZB 040-2015 for Anti-Theft Security Doors. After implementing the GB/T19001 quality management system, the company has actively adopted advanced management models and technologies, first applying lean management methodologies and then introducing the Excellence Performance Model in 2010. Through self-assessments, internal audits, external audits, and management reviews conducted under these systems, the company ensures the compliance and effectiveness of its processes, thereby providing a solid foundation and optimized mechanisms for the quality and safety of Qunsheng’s products and services. The company has established a comprehensive quality control system covering supplier quality management, manufacturing process monitoring, quality control of purchased raw materials, and product market quality assurance. Thanks to the establishment and maintenance of these systems, the company’s strength has steadily grown in recent years. 2. Metrological Management
The company strictly adheres to relevant laws and regulations, including the "Measurement Law of the People's Republic of China," and has established a relatively comprehensive measurement and testing system. The Quality and Technical Management Center is tasked with taking full responsibility for the management of the company’s measurement equipment, overseeing the management, allocation, and periodic verification of all in-use measurement devices. Meanwhile, the company has intensified professional training for its measurement management personnel, promptly dispatching staff to participate in various specialized training programs organized by higher authorities, thereby providing strong support for the standardization and normalization of the company’s measurement management.
In accordance with the General Requirements for the Equipping and Management of Energy Metering Instruments in Energy-Consuming Units (GB 17167-2006), our company has carefully conducted a comprehensive survey and classification of all in-use monitoring, measurement, metering, and quality-control equipment and instruments, strictly following the requirements stipulated in the General Requirements.
To ensure product quality, we implement strict process controls throughout the production process. In accordance with the company’s metrology management system and the self-inspection and calibration management system for quality control measurement equipment, we strengthen metrological management of raw materials, gases, electricity, and other resources used in the production process, thereby ensuring the proper operation and accuracy of measurement devices.
The company’s inspection department regularly verifies all measuring instruments used by the company and periodically commissions the statutory inspection agencies under the competent authorities to conduct random inspections, thereby ensuring the compliance and accuracy of measurements in the company’s product production and business activities.
3. Certification Management
Qunsheng was among the first in the industry to obtain ISO9001 quality management system certification, environmental system certification, environmental label product certification, occupational health and safety system certification, 3C certification for fire doors, GA certification for anti-theft doors, Zhejiang Manufacturing certification for Class A steel anti-theft doors, international WH certification for fire doors, as well as CE certification for anti-theft doors and interior doors.
The company implements and carries out certification activities, conducts annual supervisory reviews, continuously improves and refines its processes, steadily optimizes technological upgrades, enhances core competencies, and promotes technological reform and innovation to drive industry advancement.
4. Inspection and Testing Management
The company places great importance on technological research and product testing. In addition to the testing equipment already installed on the machinery itself, the company has subsequently invested in the construction of a quality-control department laboratory. This laboratory is primarily used to conduct tests on door flatness, curvature, reliability, and impact resistance. Figure 10 shows the main experimental equipment.

Responsibility

From the perspective of social responsibility, we actively care about our employees’ lives and strive to improve their welfare and benefits. We place great importance on consumer rights and honor our quality commitments. We also pay close attention to environmental protection, laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of our enterprise.
1. Product quality level
Quality Integrity Commitment:
Establish a quality integrity education and reward-and-punishment system. Organize employees to study the quality integrity guidelines in accordance with the system’s requirements, thereby enhancing their awareness of quality integrity and maintaining detailed records. Link quality integrity responsibilities to employees’ job duties, develop a performance evaluation and reward-and-punishment mechanism for quality integrity, and encourage employees to actively participate in the company’s efforts to build quality integrity.
Establish a quality integrity inspection system. In accordance with relevant regulations, equip the facility with qualified inspectors or personnel possessing the requisite competencies; conduct rigorous inspections or verifications of raw materials as well as purchased and outsourced components, and maintain the corresponding inspection or verification records as required; provide the necessary factory inspection equipment, and carry out stringent quality inspections of finished products according to standard requirements, ensuring that nonconforming products do not leave the factory and maintaining product factory inspection records as prescribed; and periodically calibrate or verify in-service inspection and testing equipment to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
Establish an after-sales service system. Provide customers with product usage instructions; maintain customer profiles; build an after-sales service network to help customers resolve issues encountered during product use within the promised timeframe; properly handle customer complaints and grievances regarding product quality, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gain a better understanding of customer needs and continuously improve product quality.
Our company has established an effective recall and traceability system for products that involve human health as well as personal and property safety. We are able to promptly recall products found to have defects, and in the event of product quality incidents, we can handle them promptly and appropriately while holding the relevant persons accountable.
Carry out self-regulatory activities for quality integrity, such as explicitly indicating quality through labeling. Explicitly disclose or make public commitments regarding the characteristics of products that reflect the quality status—such as the raw materials used, quality performance, or quality grade.
If product quality issues at our company lead to notifications, returns, or destruction both domestically and internationally, our company voluntarily accepts the relevant measures imposed by the state and applicable treaties in accordance with the prescribed requirements.
Product After-Sales Responsibility
The company adheres to the principles of “enthusiastic acceptance, prompt response, proper handling, and continuous improvement.” It has clearly defined the complaint-handling process and associated responsibilities, and has established a rapid-response mechanism. When defects or safety hazards are identified in products leaving the factory—whether related to quality or safety—our company can effectively and swiftly trace, repair, replace, or recall affected products, ensuring that these potentially hazardous items are recalled smoothly, accurately, and handled appropriately. The company solemnly promises that if any quality issues arise with our products and are confirmed, following a joint investigation by the company and relevant authorities, to be indeed the company’s responsibility, we will strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, and extend our sincere apologies to our customers. So far this year, the company has not conducted any actual product recalls due to quality or safety incidents.
Enterprises originate from society and must, in turn, give back to it—this represents a new type of relationship between enterprises and society. Corporate profits do not equate to social benefits, and local interests do not necessarily align with the overall good of society. Moreover, the very survival, growth, or eventual demise of an enterprise ultimately rests with society. More importantly, enterprises are cells of society; without access to societal resources, their development would be like water without a source or a tree without roots. Without a favorable environment, enterprises themselves would find it exceedingly difficult to thrive. Thus, enterprises and society share a mutually beneficial relationship. The social responsibilities of enterprises are primarily reflected in:
First, we focus on employees’ growth and care about their interests to motivate them. Our company provides consumers with consumption information and advisory services; participates in the supervision and inspection of products and services conducted by relevant administrative authorities; accepts consumer complaints and investigates and mediates on complaint matters; if a complaint involves issues related to the quality of goods or services, we will request an independent third-party organization to conduct an appraisal; and we will address any actions that harm consumers’ legitimate rights and interests through appropriate legal channels.
Third, pay close attention to environmental protection. In accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China, we shall earnestly implement the environmental policy of “comprehensive planning, rational layout, integrated utilization, reliance on the masses, everyone taking action, protecting the environment, and benefiting the people,” and do a good job in our company’s environmental protection efforts. We will make full and rational use of various resources and energy sources, control and eliminate pollution, promote the development of our company’s production, create a pleasant working and living environment, and ensure that our economic activities cause as little pollution as possible to the surrounding ecological environment.
Enterprises recognize that their business activities have a significant impact on the societies in which they operate; conversely, societal development also affects a company’s ability to achieve business success. In response, companies proactively manage the economic, social, environmental, and human rights impacts of their operations—benefiting not only their business operations and corporate reputation but also the communities in which they are located. For many years, the group has earnestly fulfilled its social responsibilities and consistently operated as a socially responsible enterprise. Public welfare support
For more than three decades, the people of Qunsheng, whose lives have become increasingly prosperous and affluent, have never forgotten their entrepreneurial philosophy of "drawing resources from the people and giving back to society." As members of the local People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the company’s board members consistently regard revitalizing the local economy as their sacred duty. For many years, Qunsheng Group has been at the forefront of developing charitable causes. As early as 2006, Qunsheng Group invested over 3 million yuan as start-up capital to establish the Qunsheng Charity Foundation. To better carry out its charitable work, after numerous communications, discussions, and consultations with the Municipal Charitable Federation, the Qunsheng Charity Foundation was officially upgraded to the Qunsheng Xu Family Branch of the Municipal Charitable Federation. On that same day, our city also saw the establishment of the first corporate charity volunteer organization—the Qunsheng Charity Volunteer Team—currently comprising 35 volunteers. The branch will uphold the principles of putting people first, caring for the livelihood of the public, alleviating poverty and helping those in need, and supporting charitable and public welfare undertakings. It will focus on providing assistance to employees of the company who are facing particularly difficult circumstances, promoting the spirit of volunteerism, and fostering stability within the company’s workforce as well as harmonious social development.
From the establishment and operation of the Qunsheng Charitable Foundation, which was launched with an initial endowment of over 3 million yuan, to date, the foundation has donated millions of yuan in cash and goods to various sectors of society and has helped re-employ more than 4,000 laid-off workers and migrant laborers. Each year, the foundation provides sponsorship totaling over 200,000 yuan to several nearby administrative villages, benefiting more than ten villages already. Every year, the foundation also offers regular living allowances to dozens of employees facing financial hardship, and to date, over a thousand employees have benefited from these subsidies. The countless public welfare activities undertaken by the foundation, driven by a spirit of selfless dedication and unwavering commitment to giving without expecting anything in return, have deeply touched employees, making them feel the warmth and pride of being part of the Qunsheng family. These efforts have earned widespread acclaim from all sectors of society and have made significant contributions to building a harmonious society, promoting new rural development, and assisting laid-off workers in finding new employment opportunities.
For Qunsheng Group, in addition to focusing on the company’s overall development, scaling up and strengthening its position, and contributing to society, public welfare has become an integral part of the company’s growth. The Qunsheng Charity Fund primarily supports employees internally through hardship assistance, medical aid, and re-employment support; externally, it mainly provides scholarships, contributes to the “Hope Project,” engages in poverty alleviation and disaster relief, supports people with disabilities, promotes environmental protection, and funds initiatives such as the “Five-Water Co-Governance” program.
Safety Management
To ensure the effective implementation of our company’s investment in safe production, the company has established a Safety Production Management Committee and adopted a tiered responsibility system for safety production management positions, with clear responsibilities assigned at each level. This includes signing safety production responsibility agreements, organizing safety training, equipping fire safety devices, conducting regular company-wide safety inspections, developing emergency response plans, and implementing the “three simultaneous” principle for safety measures.
Meanwhile, the company shall, in accordance with the law, participate in work-related injury social insurance, pay work-related injury insurance premiums for its employees, and provide employees with personal protective equipment that meets national or industry standards. New employees will undergo three-level safety education upon joining the company, and specially trained personnel will receive specialized training. Work-related injury accidents shall be reported and handled according to the “four no-放过” principle. The company has established and perfected job-specific safety operating procedures and has provided training to operators on the safety procedures applicable to their respective positions.
Each year, the company conducts fire drills in collaboration with the municipal fire brigade, including participation in fire safety awareness sessions, on-site demonstrations of the functions and proper usage of common firefighting equipment, and fire alarm drills.
The company adheres to the occupational health and safety management principle of “people-oriented, safety first, prevention-based, and comprehensive management.” Relying fully on scientific management, we uphold the priority of safety and prevention, continuously enhance the effectiveness of our management system, and strive to eliminate, to the greatest extent possible, all sources of danger and potential hazards. This enables us to prevent and reduce harm to the health and safety of employees and all individuals entering the workplace, as well as to company property, and to continually improve our overall management level.
Environmental protection
In its daily management, the company identifies applicable environmental laws and regulations and strictly complies with national, provincial, and municipal environmental protection laws and regulations. Each year, the company commissions a third-party environmental monitoring agency to conduct inspections of the wastewater generated by the company, noise levels at the plant boundary, and uncontrolled emissions. The inspection results consistently meet the relevant standards, and there have been no instances of emissions exceeding regulatory limits. Solid waste generated during the company’s production processes is all entrusted to qualified enterprises for recycling and disposal, and no environmental pollution incidents have occurred. The company actively responds to the nation’s call to conserve resources, promote cleaner production, and reduce pollutant emissions. The company has obtained ISO 14001 certification for its environmental management system.
