On December 15, the 8th National State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Real Estate Supply Chain Summit, hosted by Mingyuan Cloud Group and co-organized by China Xiong'an Group, was held in the Xiong'an New Area of China. During the summit, the results of the "National State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Real Estate Supply Chain Industry Selection" were announced. Among the winners, Qunsheng Doors & Windows was simultaneously shortlisted on two lists: "Top 10 Selected Suppliers for State-owned Assets in 2023—Entrance Doors" and "Top 10 Selected Suppliers for State-owned Assets in 2023—Fire Doors."
This year’s industry selection event was jointly initiated by Mingyuan Cloud Procurement and the Mingyuan Supply Chain Research Institute. For the first time, it relied on state-owned enterprise standards to conduct a high-level selection process, with the evaluation carried out personally by procurement experts from state-owned enterprises. Leveraging industry big data and the actual performance records of state-owned enterprise purchasers over the past year, the event carefully selected the “Top 10 Selected Suppliers for State-Owned Enterprises” and the “Leading Brands in Regional Service Capabilities.” The selection process lasted over two months, drawing on data from more than 230,000 procurement requests submitted by Mingyuan Cloud Procurement’s 4,800+ registered buyers, as well as interactions involving over 320,000 suppliers. It also integrated 30 industry-specific big data indicators and recommendations from 200 procurement experts at state-owned enterprises, ensuring that only companies demonstrating the strongest overall industry capabilities were selected in a fair and authoritative manner.
In 2023, the real estate market exhibited distinct characteristics of segmentation among customer groups, differentiation among cities, and diversification among property developers. The supply-demand relationship has already shifted, the industry landscape is accelerating its restructuring, and the real estate sector is entering a new development cycle led primarily by state-owned enterprises.
This ranking aims to identify suppliers in the industry who, despite challenging circumstances, continue to deliver high-quality services, premium products, and steady growth.
