As the Spring Festival draws near and the festive atmosphere intensifies, in order to show heartfelt care for frontline employees facing difficulties and effectively provide assistance to those in need, Qunsheng held its annual ceremony for distributing aid funds to employees in need on the morning of January 15th in the lobby on the first floor of the company. Hu Yibiao, General Manager of Qunsheng Doors and Windows, and Lü Shengbo from the Security Division, on behalf of Qunsheng Doors and Windows, extended their condolences and made donations to five frontline employees experiencing financial hardship.
During the pre-ceremony visit and approval process, General Manager Lü had a warm and friendly conversation with frontline employees facing difficulties, gaining a deeper understanding of their specific challenges and needs in daily life. While providing assistance and coordinating solutions to address their practical problems, General Manager Lü also encouraged these employees to stay confident and face life with a positive attitude and high spirits. General Manager Lü’s heartfelt concern and care brought warmth and comfort to the employees in need.
Mr. Ji, who received the subsidy, and his wife have been employees of Qun Sheng for many years. Last year, during a routine medical checkup, Mr. Ji’s wife was diagnosed with a serious illness. The major surgery, along with subsequent long-term chemotherapy and radiation treatments, dealt a severe blow to the entire family, leaving them now struggling to make ends meet. General Hu fully recognized Mr. Ji and his wife’s dedication and commitment to their work, and encouraged them to regain their confidence, wishing his wife a speedy recovery.
In the gentle breeze of a winter morning, five frontline employees in need solemnly accepted the assistance funds with their own hands. They sincerely expressed their gratitude for Qunsheng’s support and care. Through this subsidy program, everyone has gained greater courage and confidence to face setbacks.
Since its establishment, Qunsheng has consistently upheld the fine Chinese tradition of “helping those in distress, supporting the weak and assisting the poor.” We pay close attention to the family circumstances of our employees, place great importance on their physical and mental well-being, and actively promote public charity.
