In early spring, in March, when the chill of spring still lingers and all things begin to revive, as International Women’s Day on March 8 approaches, Qunsheng Doors & Windows has announced that all female employees will have a half-day off on the afternoon of March 8, along with festive gifts and heartfelt wishes, to let them feel the company’s care and warmth.

On the afternoon of March 7, amid the warm and heartwarming atmosphere of International Women’s Day, the event for receiving festival benefits was quietly underway in the lobby on the first floor.

Boxes of laundry detergent and rolls of toilet paper have been neatly stacked in the lobby on the first floor. Every year on March 7, the distribution of holiday benefits has become a well-known tradition at Qunsheng—within this tacit understanding and harmonious atmosphere, employees’ sense of happiness and job satisfaction steadily rise.

Due to the heavy workload and the busy pace on the production floor, the production department specially dispatched several strong and capable employees to represent the department in collecting the Women’s Day benefits.

“I’ve been working at Qunsheng for seven years, and every March 8th Women’s Day, we receive some nice benefits. Last year it was facial cleansing wipes and eco-friendly bags, and this year it’s laundry detergent and toilet paper—all practical daily necessities. I’m truly touched by Qunsheng’s care and concern for us; it feels so thoughtful and considerate,” said an employee happily at the gift distribution event.
