Recently, in order to effectively safeguard the physical health of employees during the hot summer months, Qunsheng Doors and Windows has launched a series of “Cooling Delivery” activities, gradually distributing heat-prevention and cooling kits, refreshing beverages, ice cubes, and other cooling supplies to show our employees the most heartfelt care this summer.
Since the onset of summer, Qunsheng Doors and Windows has been regularly providing frontline employees with heat-relief medications and beverages in response to the hot weather. Each day, we supply large cooling ice blocks accompanied by ventilation fans to deliver a refreshing cool breeze, effectively meeting the cooling needs of our employees working in the workshop. This “Cooling Delivered in Summer” initiative is open to all company employees. The pre-prepared refreshing drinks have been neatly arranged in the lobby on the first floor of the office building, ready for each department to collect.
Under the orderly organization of the relevant officials, employee representatives from various departments systematically collected beverages according to the designated list. Box after box of refreshing drinks—each carrying Qunsheng’s heartfelt care for employees amid the sweltering heat—passed from hand to hand. Meanwhile, small delivery carts shuttled back and forth between the workshop and the office lobby.
Despite the scorching sun and unbearable heat, the employees who came to collect the refreshing drinks still wore happy smiles on their faces. One representative said excitedly, “Working in such high temperatures is indeed tough, but these comforting drinks and the company’s care are like a cool breeze in summer—they’ve washed away our fatigue and the sweltering heat, leaving us feeling truly delighted. We’ll continue to hold fast to our posts and do our part to contribute to the company’s development!”
In the height of summer, when cicadas keep singing incessantly, the company’s annual “Delivering Coolness” initiative—distributing refreshing beverages to all employees—has long become an unchanging tradition at Qunsheng Doors and Windows. In addition to handing out heat-prevention kits, cool drinks, and ice cubes for the workshop, Qunsheng Doors and Windows leverages various platforms—such as events, workshop meetings, and bulletin boards—to promote common sense on heat prevention and cooling, as well as provide safety education on first-aid measures for heatstroke.
