To further strengthen safety production efforts, enhance brand influence, and promote the company’s sustained and stable development, and to smoothly welcome the 23rd National “Safety Production Month,” the Production Department of Qunsheng Doors and Windows has developed a 30-session training program that includes brainstorming exercises, completion of 8D reports, and establishment of QCC teams. The three-month-long training program is nearing its conclusion, and the final training session was held at 6 p.m. on May 25th on the third floor of the company.

Establishment and Planning of Quality Control Circle Activities

The meeting began with a review of the main points from the previous production office training session. After the review concluded, Director Luo of the Production Office introduced the following to all members of the Production Office: Establishment and Planning of Quality Control Circle (QCC) Activities A quality control circle consists of a circle leader, a facilitator, and circle members. Each member has specific responsibilities and works through a set of defined procedures to address issues arising in the workplace, management, culture, and other related areas.

The steps of quality control circle activities can be illustrated using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) management cycle. At the training session, Director Luo provided a detailed breakdown of the steps involved in quality control circle activities. Following Director Luo’s explanation, the participating employees all expressed that they had greatly benefited from the session.

An Explanation of the Seven QC Tools (Techniques)

The Seven QC Tools (Techniques) This primarily refers to the quality management tools commonly used in enterprise quality management. At the upcoming meeting, Director Luo provided a detailed training session for the employees from the Production Department on relevant topics, including methods for developing countermeasures, the new and old Seven QC Tools, and a comprehensive checklist on how to use each tool at every step.

A thorough understanding of QC’s basic tools helps employees correctly identify production-related issues and find effective solutions during the manufacturing process, thereby optimizing product quality. With this, the 2023 Production Office Training Conference of Qunsheng Doors and Windows has come to a temporary close.
