Celebrating July 1st: Heartfelt Harvesting and Consumption to Support Farmers — Qunsheng Group Party Committee Organizes a Thematic Party Day Activity

In late June, as summer draws to a close and all things thrive, fresh peaches are in season. To celebrate the July 1st Party Founding Day and help peach farmers harvest their crops promptly, thereby boosting farmers’ incomes and contributing to rural revitalization through concrete actions, the Party Committee of the Group has decided, after careful deliberation, to join forces with fruit growers from Xinxicun Village, Bazi Wall, to jointly organize a themed Party Day activity titled “Celebrating July 1st: Loving-Kindness Peach Picking and Consumption to Support Farmers.”
Bazhi Wall is renowned as Yongkang’s “Fruit Village.” Right now, at the end of June, the organically grown peaches planted by local farmers have ripened beautifully and are thriving. However, due to the influence of the plum rain season, this year’s peaches urgently need to be harvested—but there’s a shortage of harvesters. As a result, fruit growers in Xinxicun, Bazhi Wall, are facing the risk of abundant production leading to unsold fruit.
Upon learning of this news, the Qunsheng Party Committee actively organized a peach-picking event to show care and support for local farmers. Party members across the company responded enthusiastically, eagerly joining the picking team to help fruit growers boost their harvests.
The light, drizzling rain marked the start of this peach-picking event. Everyone was undaunted by hardship or fatigue, working together in perfect harmony: some were responsible for picking the peaches, others for filling the baskets, and still others for transporting them.
The sight of Party members from Qunsheng Group busily picking fruit in the orchard, wearing red vests, has become a vibrant highlight amid the summer rain.
The high temperatures unique to summer, combined with damp, rainy days, made the picking process quite challenging. Yet, everyone’s faces were brimming with the joy of a bountiful harvest. After spending the entire morning picking, they helped the farmer successfully harvest over 600 jin of fresh peaches.
“Thank you so much to the Party Committee of Qunsheng Group for this agricultural support initiative! It’s really helped me solve the urgent problem of my peaches not being picked in time, and you’ve even bought so many of them— I’m truly grateful! With your support, my peaches will be sold smoothly and on time, without missing the harvest season!” The fruit farmer expressed a bright vision for a thriving peach market ahead, his joy evident in every word.
Facing the farmers’ gratitude, Lü Wenxi, Party Secretary of Guosheng Group, said that the trip was well worth it: “This harvest-and-consumption event to help farmers can effectively boost the sales of agricultural products and increase farmers’ incomes. Moving forward, we will continue to actively fulfill our social responsibilities, doing our modest part to support farmers with love and contribute to rural revitalization!”
This harvesting activity not only helped our city’s fruit farmers save on labor costs and achieve stable production and increased income, but also fostered friendship and a spirit of cooperation among the group’s employees. In the days ahead, Qunsheng will continue to put corporate responsibility and commitment into practice through concrete actions, shining brightly and making meaningful contributions to the revitalization of our city’s rural areas, and continuing to give back to society with tangible deeds.
