On the afternoon of December 28, the 2023 “Qunsheng Seedling Program” scholarship awarding ceremony, jointly organized by the Yongkang City Charity Federation and Qunsheng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qunsheng Group), was held at Shanjia Primary School in Xicheng Subdistrict. Leaders and staff from the City Charity Federation, representatives from Qunsheng Group, and representatives from the faculty and students of Shanjia Primary School attended the event.
At the scene, six students from financially disadvantaged families but with outstanding academic and moral records each received a scholarship of 2,000 yuan. Student representative Hu Chenxuan said, “Thank you for your kindness and support. I will carry this love forward with a sincere heart, study hard, and strive to become a person who is truly useful to society.”
The reporter learned that the “Qunsheng Qingmiao Program” is a branded relief initiative funded by Qunsheng Group. Each year, the group provides 500,000 yuan in funding to support students from primary and secondary schools across the city who are facing financial difficulties at various age levels. Specifically, the aid amount for primary school students and pre-school children is 2,000 yuan; for junior high school students, it’s 2,400 yuan; and for high school students, it’s 3,000 yuan. This year, a total of 207 students received charitable scholarships, totaling 528,200 yuan.
Over the past four years, the "Qun Sheng Qing Miao Program" scholarship initiative has provided financial assistance totaling 1.9616 million yuan to 763 students in our city, helping them rekindle their hope for a brighter future and earning widespread acclaim from all sectors of society.
“In the future, our company will continue to pay close attention to the development of education, actively participate in various public welfare activities, and provide assistance and support to more students, helping them realize their full potential. We also hope that caring individuals and enterprises from all sectors of society will join us and work together to contribute to building a better society,” said a representative from Qunsheng Group.
In addition to its scholarship programs, the Qunsheng Charitable Foundation regularly conducts donation activities for nearby impoverished villages and employees facing internal difficulties. To date, over 10,000 people have benefited from these initiatives. Students are the future and the hope of our country, and Qunsheng places great importance on education and the healthy growth of children.
